Volunteer Opportunities:
____ Pre-Event Contact us! There is much to do!
____ Set-up Team Set up Sidewalk Signage, square tags, etc.
____ Tear-down Team Take down Signage and Decorations
____ Artist Registration Assist check-in of artist, directions to square and chalk station
____ Chalk Station Distribute chalk to artist.
____ Sponsor Station Assist sponsors by providing direction to their square(s) and name tags
____ Children’s Corner List any special talent(s) you may have: face-painting, balloon animals,
Bubble blowing, etc.
____ Artist Patrol Monitor all art work to ensure conformity to rules
____ Security Ensure safety on premise
____ Photography Take digital photos during event
____ First Aider Must have First Aid and/or CPR certification. Date of Course____
____ Clean Up Detail Ensure that the grounds are kept
Release: I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Mira Mesa Women’s Club and any participating
community organization or volunteer from and against any and all liability for any injury which may be suffered by
me, or any member of my family, arising out of, or in any way connected with, my participation in the CHALK THE
WALK Festival.
